Zua Willemsen is the founder of Le Compte Est Bon Finance & Advisory Amsterdam B.V. and has over twenty years of experience in accountancy. He built that experience at international, mid-sized and smaller firms, and as an entrepreneur in his own right.

He brings broad expertise across consolidation, external audit, tax legislation and financial reporting. By combining technical depth with strategic insight, he helps entrepreneurs make well-founded decisions.

In Zua's view, a successful business stands or falls by its ability to continuously adapt to changing market conditions. In an era defined by digitalisation, personal contact remains all the more indispensable. Whether an organisation is growing or contracting, the implementation and ongoing optimisation of digital processes is essential so that business processes and information flows connect efficiently, and the team can achieve the highest possible productivity.
